FAQs

Where are you based and what areas do you serve?

I'm based in Derbyshire, and I can offer my in person styling services throughout the UK (mileage/transport costs factor outside of the East Midlands). Not from the UK? Don't worry! All the ready made products in my shop ship worldwide, and the Inspiration Sessions are online based, so we can still be wedding pals.

I have a specific idea that I'd like help creating for my wedding, can you make it for me?

Yes, in fact that is my speciality! I can make bespoke designs for you that can either be shipped or delivered and set up by me (depending on the size and your location). Prices for work like this is on a bespoke basis because everyone is different, so the best way to find out more is to check out my design service packages.

What's the difference between a wedding stylist and a wedding planner?

Good question! The two roles are very different, but can have cross-overs. A wedding stylist's main job is to design and realise a beautiful, cohesive look and atmosphere on your wedding day by working closely with you, your brief and your budget. Basically, I deal in the pretty aspects of your wedding day rather than "wedmin" (so I don't book venues, deal with caterers, coordinate the running of the day... etc.) I've written a blog post on this topic if you want to read more.

What's the lead time if I order an item from your shop?

For my pre-designed collection, everything is still made to order, so be sure to allow up to a 2 week lead time before I ship your item. Shipping times vary depending on which country you are in, but I ship first class within the UK, and international standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.
